Training

In our forty year history, we have trained over 3,000 alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professionals in arbitration and mediation. We provide certified training to panel members, case administrators, project management staff, and ADR professionals on a daily basis.

IN-PERSON CLASSROOM TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

  • Starting with highly qualified professionals, our panel is required to go through in-person new arbitrator training, which takes place over a three-day weekend. 
  • If they succeed in our rigorous training, they are invited to become a panel member and are available to begin hearing cases. 
  • An active panel member is then required to attend a refresher weekend training course in person, every other year. 
  • On the off year that a panel member does not attend in-person training, they are required to take our refresher training through our online Learning Management System.
  • Panel members residing in California and Florida are required to attend in-person in-state, training every year.
